Barbara Janiece Stulce, 81, devoted wife, mother and dear friend, entered into the presence of her Savior April 19, 2017. Barbara was born October 27, 1935, to Lowell and Cleo Williams, the first of four girls: Barbara, Peggy, Patsy and Linda. She was married for 50 wonderful years to James H.
