Timothy Theodore Wall, known affectionately as Tim by his friends and family, passed away peacefully on December 30, 2023, as a resident of Tuttle, Oklahoma, after a brave battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Born on July 12, 1961, in Riverside, California, to the late Georgia and Raymond Wall, Tim grew up with a deep-seated sense of community and family values that would guide him throughout his life.
After graduating from Southeast High School in Oklahoma City, Tim dedicated himself to a life of service, becoming a firefighter for the City of Oklahoma City, where he loyally served for over 28 years. His unwavering commitment to protecting and helping others was a testament to his character. Tim was not only a hero in his professional life but also a pillar of strength and support for his loved ones, always there with a helping hand.
Tim's life was rich with a sense of pride and laughter, thanks to his beloved family. He is survived by his devoted wife of many years, Debbie Wall, who stood by him through all of life's adventure, and most recently, the difficulties brought on by his disease. Together, they raised two wonderful children. Tim leaves behind his daughter, Taylor Wall and her fiancé Joe Reed, and his son Zachary Wall and his wife Taylor Wall, who will carry on Tim’s legacy of generosity and passion. His grandson, Oakland Wall, was a source of immense pride and joy, and Tim cherished every moment spent with him.
He was a beloved brother to Glenda Williams and her late husband Leonard Williams, as well as Louie Wall and his wife Deena Wall. Tim also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Tim's presence will be profoundly missed by his family, who found strength and unity in his unwavering faith and love.
Tim's interests were as generous and diverse as his personality. He relished the peace of fishing, the joy of music, the art of cooking, and most importantly, supporting his family and children in all their endeavors.
Those who knew Tim would describe him as faith-filled, passionate, generous, and most of all goofy, making him a magnet for playing with kids and animals. His faith was the cornerstone of his existence, guiding him through the challenges of life with love and fortitude. His passion was evident in everything he did, from the intensity with which he approached his work to the enthusiasm he brought to his hobbies. And his generosity knew no bounds, always ready to give of himself to those in need.
Tim's passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew him, but his spirit will continue to live on through the countless lives he touched. He was a man who lived by example, showing us all the impact one individual can have through a life of service, love, and provision in all aspects. His memory will be cherished and kept alive through the stories and the legacy he leaves behind.
As we say goodbye to Timothy Theodore Wall, we celebrate a life well-lived, a life filled with purpose and love. His journey on this earth may have come to an end, but his influence will be felt for generations to come. Rest in peace, Tim. Your memory will forever be a beacon of light for all who had the privilege of knowing you.
