It is with deep sorrow, and much love that we mourn the passing of Timothy Allen Parker Jr., of Moore, OK on Thursday, at the age of 41, while surrounded by family and friends.
Tim was born in Big Spring, TX to Tim, and Tena Parker. He grew up in Texas, and Oklahoma.
Tim joined the Army at a young age, and continued his lifelong service with the National Guard until 2021. He was known as “Parker” or “PK” to his comrades, and there was nothing he wouldn’t do for them.
Tim really enjoyed playing golf with his Dad, and Uncle. He lived for OU football season and rarely missed a game, even when he was deployed. He loved traveling, especially to the Caribbean. It was his happy place.
His wife, Amanda, was the light of his life, and we all know Tucker, Dexter and Bill were like his children, even though they had fur! Tim had a zest for life, and loved big.
He will be lovingly remembered, and deeply missed by his wife, Amanda; Father, Tim; Sister, and Brother- in- Law Christy, and Montana; Grandmother, Bessie; Grandfather, A.B.; Uncles Ken, Jim, and Tom; Aunts, Ladonna and Rebbecca; Nieces, Addison, Londyn, and Baylee; Nephews; Levi and Ryan, several cousins, many friends, and his brothers, and sisters in arms.
He was preceded in death by his Mother, Tena, and Grandmother, Patricia.
A Celebration of Tim’s life will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Moore Funeral and Cremation Chapel located on 400 S.E. 19th in Moore, Oklahoma 73160.
The family requests donations be made to Wounded Warrior Project in Tim’s name in lieu of flowers.
