Tammy Denise Milius was 50 years old and passed away on September 8, 2017.

Tammy was born on October 26, 1966 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Betty Reimer.

Tammy went to Capitol Hill High School where she later got her G.E.D. She went to school for Medical Coding, then later worked at Medicare for 15 years and most recent with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Arkansas for 8 years.

Tammy married Jon Foster and gave birth to Destiny Foster August 19, 1992. Later she gave birth to Felecity Milius on September 18, 2000 with her husband of 18 years, Len Milius.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Oklahoma City with Pastor Robert Davis officiating.
