Tailynn Evette Powell

Tailynn Evette Powell left her loved ones far too soon at the age of 1 month and 22 days. Although her time with us was brief, the footprints she left on our hearts are forever. Tailynn was born to her mommy, Aquaria Powell, on January 31, 2018 in Midwest City, OK and suddenly passed from this life March 25, 2018.

Though she was tiny and delicate, Tailynn was a strong-willed baby girl with an enormous personality. She had her family wrapped around her finger from the day she was born and blessed them with her silly faces and perfect smile every day.

As much as we want to question why we were given a perfect angel for 53 short days, the answer is in itself; a perfect angel she is, too innocent for this world.

Aquaria loved every moment of motherhood. Tailynn gave her mommy a new outlook on life, made her a stronger person, and showed her the kind of unconditional love that only comes with being a mother. We can no longer see Tailynn in front of us, but we know that she will be with us forever, guiding her mommy and family each and every day.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandmothers, Dorothy Nelson Hill and Georgiana Johnson and great-grandfathers, Nib E. Hill, Crawford Powell, and Arthur Tabb.

In addition to her mommy, she is also survived by her GG, Pam Powell; Pa-pa, Alvin Johnson; aunts, Alexia and Alyssa; uncles, Tyler and Steven; great-uncles, Alvaro and Darrell; great aunts, Charlene, Mealie, Karen, Sherronda, Goldie, and Thesha; she is also survived by a host of loving extended family and friends.

A memorial ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 2:00pm at the Chapel of Moore Funeral and Cremation, 400 SE 19th St. Moore, OK 73160. Condolences may be shared at www.MooreFuneralCremation.com.
