Scott Allen Anderson passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack on September 25, 2017.

 

Scott was born December 12, 1960 the son of Gerald and Corinne (Haugstul) Anderson. He grew up in Fosston, MN where he graduated from High School in 1979. He moved to Oklahoma in the early 1980’s where he later met and married the love of his life, Mary Jane Burkett on January 7, 1983.

 

For many years he drove truck for himself and most recently worked for Waggoner Trucking in Oklahoma.

 

Scott enjoyed riding his Harley, playing pool and darts, deer hunting, fishing, boating, spending time at the lake, traveling and always going back to Minnesota. Most of all Scott enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren!

 

Scott is survived by his wife; three children, son, Brad Anderson of Oklahoma City, OK, daughter, Jessica Gaulden (Tim) of Moore, OK and son, Brandon Anderson of Norman, OK; four grandchildren, Dawson and Brooklyn Anderson and Cameron and Bentley Gaulden. His brother, Terry Anderson (Tracy Bjarnason) of Grand Forks, ND and sisters, Debbie Peterson of McIntosh, MN and Jackie Crowell (Tim) of Shakopee, MN and several nieces and nephews; his uncle, Kenneth Anderson (Wyonne) of Gilbert, MN.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Vicki, and his grandparents.

 

Visitation will be held Friday, September 29th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Moore Funeral and Cremation, 400 S.E. 19th Street, Moore, OK 73160.

 

Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 30th at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Moore Funeral and Cremation. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Norman, OK.
