Lura Lee Tomes
Lura was born April 29, 1977. She was born and raised in Hawley, Texas. Lura graduated high school and went into Nursing. She later changed her degree for teaching. During this time, she had two boys, Carmeron Wyatt Deen, on November 3, 1997, and Joshua Richard Deen, on January 3, 2000. While raising her children, she put herself through school, her oldest son being autistic. While she was younger, Lura loved being with her siblings. She was the oldest of four kids. She cared about everyone she was around.

Lura met Jeremy in March of 2004, where she then moved to Oklahoma and transferred to Oklahoma University. She graduated with honors in teaching and began her career in Fall of 2007 at Highland West in Moore, where she would teach for 13 years until her passing.
She was married to Jeremy Ray Tomes on June 4, 2005. They moved into their home in late 2007, where they raised their sons. Lura loved traveling during her years, and loved everything Harry Potter. She was an avid reader and would love to play World of Warcraft online with her sisters.

Lura was so proud of her sons when they both graduated high school, and was so close with her family. She has many friends in school and out that will her deeply. She was always a mother figure to people at school and was adored and loved by everyone who met her. Most people loved her laugh, character, and personality.
