Kenny Huynh

Kenny Daniel Huynh passed away unexpectedly on October 20th, 2022 at the age of 37. He was born on November 25, 1984 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Loi and Loan Huynh. Kenny was the last born and had four older brothers and one older sister. Kenny was blessed and happy to marry the love of his life, Teresa, on July 11, 2008. Together they raised their daughter, Kaitlyn and his son Liam. They experienced the tragic loss of their daughter, Eden, on February 18, 2016. Kenny lived life to the absolute fullest. He could do anything he set his mind to. He was a firm believer and proof of the saying “if there’s a will, there’s a way”. He loved being outdoors. Kenny enjoyed hunting, but he really loved to fish. When he wasn’t hunting or fishing, he could be found at the gym working out. Kenny was a husband, a father, a son, a brother, and a friend. He is deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Kenny is survived by his wife of 13 years, Teresa Huynh; his daughter, Kaitlyn; his son Liam; his parents, Loi and Loan Huynh; his brothers, Johnny Hollis and his wife Melissa, Tommy Huynh, Anthony Huynh, and Hung Huynh; his sister, Tram Anh and her husband Anh Dung Ha; grandmother, Huong Thi Ho; nieces, Samantha Griffin and Tabitha Hollis; nephews, LJ Hollis, Benjamin Huynh, and Daniel Huynh; his in-laws, Lee Xayarak and Teresa Xayarak; along with many extended family members and friends.

Kenny was preceded in death by his daughter, Eden Alystair Huynh; and grandparents, Kien Huynh, Pham Dinh Huynh, and Bong Thi Vo.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 1pm – 8pm with a funeral service to be held on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 1pm, all at Moore Funeral and Cremation. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Norman, Oklahoma.
