Kenneth A. Benson

Kenneth A. Benson went home to be with his Savior Wednesday, January 30, 2019.

Kenn is survived by his loving wife of 48 years Patty, along with his three daughters, Misti Mastagni, Jen Archer, and Mandi Cornell, sister Kandi Mount, and brothers Tyler and Stephen Grider. He had four grandchildren and one great grandson as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Kenn was a caring and thoughtful husband, father, and friend to everyone.

Kenn was born in Oklahoma City on September 14, 1950. He was raised in Oklahoma and graduated from Grant High School in 1968. After high school he joined the United States Air Force. His first duty station was in Altus, Ok. This is where he met his beautiful bride, Patty. After several moves that included South Dakota and England, Kenn retired after 21 years and moved his family back to Oklahoma City.

He later worked for the US Marshalls in flight operations and human resources. He enjoyed his second career tremendously and was very proud of it. He loved sports and was a huge OU fan. Kenn also loved animals and never turned a stray away.

Funeral services will be held at Moore Funeral and Cremation 400 SE 19th Moore, OK Saturday, February 9th at 1:00 P.M.
