Charles Arthur Bishop was born February 17, 1950 in Topeka, Kansas and passed into eternity on May 22, 2017 in Oklahoma City.

He battled lymphoma and was declared a successful bone marrow transplant and had beat cancer when his heart unexpectedly stopped. Charles was fiercely loyal to his family and was generous in spirit. The void he leaves behind is devastating but we take comfort knowing his spirit is among us and guiding us through life.

He worked for Canon for 27 years until he retired in October 2015.   He is preceded in death by his parents Fred and Harriet.

Survivors include his ever loving wife of 48 years, Sharon; daughter Michelle and her husband, Eduardo; son Matthew and his son Jordan Matthew and daughter Avery Grace; brother and sister-in-law Wally and Mary; sister Shirlee; nieces Tammy and her husband Dan, Marianne and her husband Keith, among other nieces and nephews.
