Ricky Leon Rusche, of Choctaw, died January 30, 2018.


Born January 13, 1978 to Marshall Rusche and the late Terry (Smith) Rusche.


He is survived by his children, Ryan, Ramon, Shelby and Bailey Rusche; sisters, Rebecca and her husband Terry Knight; Brittany and her husband Jeffrey Bully, and Charise Rusche; brother, Caleb Rusche; father, Marshall Rusche; and grandmother, Viola Rusche.


With a belief in Christ as his Savior, he knew he would someday join his family that preceded him in death. Those that preceded Ricky are his brother, Joseph, grandfather, Rusty and his mother, Terry Rusche.


Ricky loved motorcross racing at a young age and then followed his father’s footsteps into the Drywall construction business. He was known as a devoted and loving father, from being a Home Room Dad to baseball and football coach. His children loved their Dad being involved, and they say he stood for what was right and for what he believed in. He was the guy who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. Passionate about spending time with his family and friends, almost always a smile on his face, he lived his life taking life to the limits in all that he did.


Ricky was a good man, taken too soon from his family and friends. He will be forever loved and missed.


Visitation will be Wednesday, February 7th from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Moore Funeral and Cremation, 400 SE 19th Street, Moore, OK.


Services will be held at Tulakes Baptist Church, 6715 NW 50th Street, Bethany, OK on Thursday, February 8th at 3:00 PM. His final place of rest will be with his beloved mother, Terry.
