Jacquelyn “Jacki” Ruth Atchley (Charton), 78, of Moore, Oklahoma, passed from this life December 8, 2017 in Norman, OK. She was born August 9, 1939 in Morrilton, AR to Jack and Ruth Charton (Powell).
Jacki worked at AT&T for 31 years. She enjoyed cooking and baking, but family time was her favorite hobby. She loved God, her children and her grandchildren and they were her greatest joy in life. Jacki was a woman with many wonderful friends and she cherished each of the friendships she had.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Ruth Charton (Powell); the love of her life, Charles “Chuck” Atchley; and sister, Patricia Gagne.
Survivors include her son, Charles “Chuck” Sanders of OKC; daughter, Michelle Walsh and husband Robert of Yukon; grandchildren, Joshua Squires of Austin, TX, Sarah Ramirez and husband Oscar of Groton, CT, Aaron Walsh of Yukon, Kyra Maxey of Moore, Cheyenne Maxey of OKC, and Teja Fowler of OKC; great-grandchildren, Zeke Squires, Lexi Squires, Gunner Walsh and Marek Ramirez; niece, Jill and husband Chris, and their children Isaac and Olivia of New Hampshire; cousin, Barbara Coffman of Little Rock, AR; and her very best friend of more than 30 years, Rita Cartwright; She is also survived by a host of loving extended family and several amazing friends.
Services for Jacki are 2:00PM, Friday, December 15, 2017 at Moore Funeral and Cremation Chapel.
