Ira J. Graham, 82, of Oklahoma City went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Monday, December 11, 2017 after many years of battling COPD.

He was born in Campbellsville, Kentucky to the late Arthur and Ethel (Beard) Graham. Ira was married to L. Faye (Wood) Graham for 60 years, where they both remained faithful and the love of each other’s life.

Ira was a US Army veteran where he was stationed in Alaska. He enjoyed camping, doing yard work, loved gospel music, and adored his dogs. He was saved and baptized in 1969. Ira served as Sunday School Superintendent while a member for 20 years at Bodine Baptist Church in Del City. Ira was a member of Southwest Baptist Church in Oklahoma City for 26 years. Ira’s family would like to thank the church staff of Southwest Baptist Church for your continued love and friendship.

Ira worked for Time DC Freight for 15 years as a Dock Worker. He owned and operated Graham Pin Striping and Molding for 27 years before retiring in 2008.

Ira was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, and five sisters.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, L. Faye Graham; children, Donna Graham of Moore, sons, Doug Graham of Springfield, MO and Marty Graham and his spouse Cindy of Moore; grandchildren, Chrystal Raprich, Adam Raprich, Chad Graham, Zach Graham, Sarah Graham, and Alexis Graham; six great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; many relatives in Michigan and Kentucky; and a host of loving church friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 13th from noon to 8:00 PM with family present from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held Thursday, December 14th at 2:00 PM at Southwest Baptist Church with Pastor Jason Gaddis officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens in Oklahoma City.
